Went to circuit city or best buy...one or the other...after my laptop crashed. They put my files onto an external hard drive. dynex usb 2.0 if that helps...they said to plug in the usb cable and I would be able to get the files. Well no. Didn't work. Now what? Can I do it or do I have to take it to someone and pay a freaking fortune to have them extract the files for me? Thanks a ton. -Kristen-
