when i snap or record video.
then i press preview button to view ,
the scene has been stucked(teal couluor scene).the shutter can't shutdown one,so i just take off battery to shutdown.zzz

I have this same problem. Can you see your pictures after taking them?
Have you gotten any answers with this issue?

i try to use card reader to read sd card when i snap n record video.but sd card are empty.
