Just to let everyone know, the JamStudio graphics tablet was recalled a little while ago because of the problems that people were having with it. At least that's what I was told yesterday when I returned the product to the Radio Shack that I had purchased it from an hour before.

I just purchased jamStudio from Radio Shack. They did not tell me about recall. Can any one confirm this.

Radio shack isn't going to know shit there, i used to work at one and trust me they are as useless as this jam studio thing i just bid on ebay for a quarter for sounds.

I bought jamstudio tonight for CAD$34.00 from Radio Shack. They had opened all the boxes and replace the supplied drivers with new ones because of a virus I was told.
I scanned the CD that came in the box and sure enough 2 files were infected with CIH. I downloaded the drivers suggested here and ran the non xp install on my ME system with USB connection and it works fine in PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS.

Hmmm...That's funny about the recall. I just bought a Jam Studio tablet for $39.95 (Canadian) from a Radio Shack and just 2 weeks ago they had a deal with a mail-in rebate for $20 on it.
