ok... here goes nothing, I just bought this for my son's bday gift and it didn't come with a userguide... my question is how in the heck do you use this, i've clicked on help and tons of pop ups to no help, am trying to use the pen instead of the mouse, seems only the mouse works but want to use the pen for drawing. HELP someone thank you. am running win 98. Pls help it's for my son. Hoku

sorry me again... is there a way for me to obtain a users guide???? The person I bought this from is unable to find it.

Hi Hoku, sorry we do not have an electronic version of the user guide available. They come new in the box with each item. You can attempt to buy a verified retail item with all items included.
