Looks like SOLD V is not moving successfully ended auctions into sales manager.

Nope it's not. I've had to make two new sale orders so far today. Damn and I was hoping it wouldn't break for a while! :(

I've been able to manually create the sales order. Luckily, I do not run many auctions. And after this, I do not plan to.

Seems to be back to normal so far today!

10/19/2006 - 937am PST. Still seeing the issue with auctions.

I'm going to manually copy and paste the info to my SOLD now ... sad :(

Well, it didn't took as long as I anticipated ... but automation would still be nice.

Has anyone tried to track down Bill? I really like this piece of software. :-(

> Has anyone tried to track down Bill?

You are joking right?

I checked the whois info again too and it's still the same.

Also I'm back to manually creating sales orders again today. :o(

Hello to all in this forum,

I am glad to have found that I am not in this alone
I have been a Timbercreek user for 5 years starting with Aution Tracker in 2001 I cannot believe that this great software that helped me to build my business into what it is today is gone
Poof!! just like that !!!
Nothing
I don't even remember getting an e-mail from Bill or Gary
I just happened to send a help ticket in on Thursday 10/19/06 as I noticed no reply or no new build was created when the SOLD was not picking up the bidder quantities.
FYI
That is why all the auctions are going into the unsold items folder
instead of the open items folder
Because sold does not recognize the items having any bids.
Store items and BUY IT NOW is processing fine.

I too have been entering all the data manually
but after doing about 150 of them this week
I know I cannot continue to do this for much longer
as I run 5 different screen names to 3 different global ebay sites and about 500 sales a month.
SOLD made this possible to do with very little work.

I realized I cannot be alone in this endeavor so I am glad that you are out there and if we can support one another and try to move onto somthing that will work for each one of us out there.
I know everyone has different needs and we each will choose whatever we think will work best for us individually, but if we can share our experiences it will help us to move on for what I know is a common goal for all of us, and that is to make money on eBay :-)
Because I know for sure,
I am not going back to commuting and the 9-5

Sorry for my rant here }:-(
but I still am finding it difficult to believe that we have to start all over with something new and only weeks away from the busiest time of year!!
If I can offer any knowledge or support I definetly will.
Thanks for hearing me out.
RKEinc.

I checked the whois info again too and it's still the same.

Whois info is kind of useless since it is outdated. However, I was able to find Bill's other contact info by looking up 411 and some cross reference. If anyone is interested, I'll post the number here so you guys can call him up.
Btw, if this is not a good idea, let me know.

I would love to know his contact info and feel that the way the ball was dropped on all of us eliminates Bill's right to transparency.

I did get a reply yesterday 10/21 from my help desk ticket I created just the other day 10/19/06
It said it was from Gary

So someone is on the Timbercreek Domain alive and kicking

I would like to know what the reason is for the demise of the SOLD
That much, I feel we as subscribers are owed.
