Hi, is anyone having issue with SOLD V not being able to download the latest Categories from eBay? I tried yesterday and today. Both times I have not been able to update the categories.

I haven't tried.

My concern now, since I list with SOLD, is when eBay introduces the new SYI page(s) will I be able to continue.

A few minutes ago I sent a FAX to the number listed at Timbercreek requesting the future of SOLD. If I hear back I will post here. I would suggest that others do the same and let Bill (if he reads them) know that we want this product continued, with support. I certainly wouldn't mind an increase in my fee for the product.

Gary emailed me a couple weeks ago saying that he was done supporting SOLD and that would be his last email, because he couldn't get Bill to return phone calls and he suggested that I find another product. Has anyone else heard from him?

A few weeks ago I logged a ticket with Timbercreek asking about the future of SOLD and never heard anything back at all. I even went in and added to it a few times, but still no answer. I also tried to call a phone number (I think I found it on this forum) and there was no answer.

That's the first I'd heard about Gary suggesting to find another product. I'd be very interested to know if anyone hears anything else.

I'd also love to hear opinions on other programs. I'm leaning toward Blackthorne right now, but would love to hear any other suggestions.

It seems the downloads for eBay categories is working again. Seems the issue was with eBay (as is often the case) instead of SOLD V this time.
