I am reinstalling a GeForce card. I have uninstalled the drivers and removed the card and will disable the integrated video. I have downloaded the most recent drivers from Nvideo but have not run the executable file. What is the sequence of installing the card and opening the downloaded file? (I do not have the installation disk for the card.)

You install the new card. At BIOS disable your on-board video. Once you boot up to Windows, you should at least have 640x480. Run the driver installation for your video card. Reboot and you should be able to adjust your screen resolution to something higher after you login.
