Hello, I am having a problem with my "Super TV Tuner" when I power up it only works for about 5 minutes then it freezes up, but the sound will continue to work. Any suggestions on what to look for.

hi i am having a problem wit my "super tv tuner" it works but after all the installation it pops up "intial h/w hardware fail"

I have just purchased via ebay a super tv tuner. With the help of this forum, I am able to load the software. The TV Jukebox has the error (no video device). My question, is there a power light (LED) or something that should come on the tuner to tell me that it is working when hooked to the USB port?

I have just purchased Super Digital Video. But the problem is I cann't open the software TV Plus 3.0 .
I search the cd but there is no sl no. how can install the software ? where is my sl.no?

neither the driver nor the software will trouble you. but i have another solution. the product works more great than the super usb tv tuner box. if you need. please contact me. [b][/b]
