Hi, I have a MP3 player which uses removable SD/MMC card as storage. I use Lexar 1GB SD Card. Till recently I had IBM R32 laptop with Win2K OS. Whenever I connected my MP3 player thru USB, it would recognise it as a drive. Now I have replaced my laptop (T43 with Win XP). When connect my MP3 player to my laptop, it is recognised as a drive, but the disk is shown as "write-protected". I am unable to delete/transfer any files on the SD Card?

I tried to explore the properties of the drive, but no results. Is is due to the fact that the new laptop has USB 2.0 COM ?

Can anyone please help?
