I have a digital video dazzle series usb 2.0 tv box purchased on eBay. I am running Windows XP Pro with SP2. The software seems to have loaded. When I try to run the TV Jukebox 2 I get an error message that says " No IR conttroler Found ". When the unit is connected should there be a light lit up on the unit where it says power, or somthing to let you know it is on? HELP!

Check your devices manager by accessing your control manager in this order....

Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager

Look for your device (the actual name) in the listing to see if its there. If not, I might suggest an uninstall and reinstall.
