I dont have a serial port but i tried to get an adaptor so it connects to the parallel port. Should this work? When I select a serial port in the configuration section it allows me to choose COM3. Will this work? Im having problems doing it this way.

i m sorry to tell u but , u cannot use your parallel port as a substitution. There are two solutions for this , one u can change ur motherboard or get urself a comport addon card.

Hi, usb to serial port has a better chance of working than a serial to ps/2.
