eBay Not Standing with Sellers on Paper-Payments Ban
eBay Not Standing with Sellers on Paper-Payments Ban: "eBay is not supporting sellers who comply with its paper-payments ban. The seller asked eBay for help in a transaction in which the buyer said he needed to pay by check because he didn't have a PayPal account."

My advice to the eBay seller is to not report buyer questions to eBay. You run into the same questions that it is really a systematic issue and reporting individuals has very little impact. My suggestion is that eBay implement a system similar to Google's where as a buyer types in words in a form, search results for answers appear. If the word "check" or "MO" appear, then eBay can show answers about the Paper Payments Policy. That would reduce a lot of questions we have to answer that is not product related.
