How We Ship

We offer a simple $5 flat rate shipping for any domestic order (50 states, plus US territories). Domestic packages are shipped using US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS (our choice). PO Box will always be via US Postal. Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories usually ship via US Postal Service only.

For international, shipping quotes are basd on weight plus $1.50 handling fee. We add a shipping weight of 0.5 lbs to orders to cover the weight of boxes. It is not a perfect system, but it seems to work 99.9% of the time. We ship all over the world with some restrictions.

We reserve the right to use a different shipping of comparable service under some circumstances. Customers that pay for USPS Priority Mail may receive packages via USPS First Class Mail if the package weight is 13 ounces of under. "First-Class Mail is a letter or package weighing 13 ounces or less. (After 13 ounces, it becomes Priority Mail®, which is a sub-class of First-Class Mail.)" We may also use FedEx or DHL shipping services if the package can arrive on the same day (or earlier) if shipped by UPS. We will in some cases ship US Postal Service instead of UPS (e.g. shipping address is a PO Box, orders are processed on a weekend, etc)

International Shipping

International packages are shipped using US Postal Service First Class International, Priority International, or Express International. We may require additional documentation for some international customers. Please allow up to 30 days for deliveries to be made. Express Mail International is the best and fastest shipping method we offer.

Pick up service is offered on some SKUs. Pick up is by appointment only. You must contact us by e-mail or phone (818-714-0760 before visiting.
