This cable is designed to work with the PSION DACOM 56K + FAX GOLD CARD. One end fits into the Gold Card, the other end fits into a telephone jack for dial-up modem use. I imagine it would work on the dial-up modem part of any Dacom card.

Also labeled as Dell Spare cable 23-520 UPC 45504.
