Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Where is the serial number? The serial number is on the CD. Right click on the CD, and Select Explore. Then open the serial.txt file for the serial number for the DVR software.
  • I am using S video input and I do not get a video signal. Try changing the source to "composite". One of our customers reported that it only works when composite is selected as the source.
