The D-LinkAir Pro DWL-5000AP connects computers equipped
with 802.11a wireless adapters in a wireless local area
network. The D-LinkAir Pro DWL-5000AP provides the
convenience of wireless networking with connection speeds
of up to 72 Mbps. The D-LinkAir Pro DWL-5000AP has a
10/100Mbps port to allow connection to an existing "wired"
network. With the network extended through the wireless
connections, working areas such as the warehouse,
conference room, and remote locations are able to gain
access to critical information available on centralized
databases in the local wired network.
