The Serial ATA PCI Card supports new Serial ATA devices for the highest data transfer rates, simpler disk drive cabling and easier PC assembly. It is a fully integrated solution compliant with the Serial ATA 1.0 specification, this unique Serial ATA controller enables motherboard and add-in-card manufacturers to achieve the full first-generation Serial ATA 150MB/s transfer speed. The board provides a 32-bit, 33/66MHz PCI interface on the host side and dual, fully compliant Serial ATA ports on the device side to access Serial ATA storage media such as hard disk drives, floppy disk drives, CD-ROM drives, CD-RW and DVD-ROM drives!
