How We Ship

We ship all over the world with some restrictions. We calculate real-time shipping costs based on the order weight total. You only pay what we are charged by third-party carriers (e.g. US Postal Service, UPS) plus a small handling fee of $1.50. Domestic packages are shipped using US Postal Service or UPS (your choice.) Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories ship via US Postal Service only. Some international orders may require 2-3 additional business days for processing. Further delays may occur if additional documentation is required.

We reserve the right to use a different shipping of comparable service under some circumstances. Customers that pay for USPS Priority Mail may receive packages via USPS First Class Mail if the package weight is 13 ounces of under. "First-Class Mail is a letter or package weighing 13 ounces or less. (After 13 ounces, it becomes Priority Mail®, which is a sub-class of First-Class Mail.)" We may also use FedEx or DHL shipping services if the package can arrive on the same day (or earlier) if shipped by UPS. We will in some cases ship US Postal Service instead of UPS (e.g. shipping address is a PO Box, orders are processed on a weekend, etc)

International Shipping

International packages are shipped using US Postal Service First Class International, Priority International, or Express International. We may require additional documentation for some international customers. Please allow up to 30 days for deliveries to be made. Express Mail International is the best and fastest shipping method we offer.

Local Pickups

Pick up service is offered on some SKUs. Pick up by appointment only. You must contact us by e-mail or phone (415.826.9696) before visiting.
